Orange Search Button is your friend.....

Had a call a short while ago for a signing for Land Law Group out of South Carolina. Could barely understand the man his accent was so thick and based on that was inclined to "JUST SAY NO!". There....got my typing in all caps out of my system. Not being able to communicate with someone from the initial point of contact is a big red flag in my book. When he told me what he was offering ($75 - $85), I told him my minimum and politely declined. Orange Search Button and previous posts confirmed my feelings that this was one to steer clear of....thanks Orange Search Button!

Unfortunately, they are not listed in SC so no way to link to their listing. I have dodged this bullet half a dozen times this year, thanks to others who've not been so lucky.
