First of all, typing in all caps is considered shouting. Secondly, Shannon Smoot has quite a reputation here. In the future, when you accept a signing from someone you haven't worked with, do a search here to check on their reputation. You can use the orange search button at the top of the forum and type in the name of the company or the name of the person who called you. In Shannon Smoot's case, both names will pull up quite a history. Shannon used to work for Genuine Title, a known non-paying company. She's on her own now but hasn't change the operation plan. Also, go to Signing Central and check the company's listing. NR uses a star system to indicate how good or bad a company is.

her voice mail is always full. ( gee I wonder why) She learned from the worst crook around, her side kick Kosty Safir. Better yet call Jay Zuckerberg @ Genuine Title. Do not work with her again, unless you want to spend a lot of time trying to collect your money.

Someone said Genuine Title was closing it's doors, I live nearby and drove by the office. They are still in business.

I can't imagine that they are still in business, also don't forget about Roxanne Wood too, she was part owner for Genuine Title as well, they all took a class in Nigeria to become the scam experts. That is how I got paid from my closing, I will call the loan officer.

I called the broker Service 1st Mortgage,LLC This was a application pkg
the person that answered says everyone from MD office moved to FL
she assures me I will get paid
we will see
