$75 local is the highest they can go for a refi. Too bad, cannot do for that price. Sticking to the plan to hold the line on pricing AND remembering a negative post recently. I worked for them before, maybe last year & they paid fine, then. But the times they are a-changin'. (Bob Dylan) IF the offer met my price, I'd still have checked SC & turned it back. We have to do this folks. My (unsolicited)advice is if you cannot afford to operate at regular fees, but sparse signings, do something else to pay the light bill. It's just going to get worse before it gets better; if signings have been your income--signings are going to fall off. Find steady-paying work. You can always come back.
