This is a good time to plug my favorite ...

... rescission calendar, published by the Pennsylvania Notary Association. It is absolutely the best one I have found anywhere; sorry, Notary Rotary, I understand you offer us one, too, and we thank you for that, but the PAN version really rocks.

It offers one month per page, so at the beginning of each month you can print out however many you think you might need. RTC holidays are in yellow.

At a closing, it can be used one of two ways. Each date has the corresponding RTC closing date beneath, so you can simply circle the date and the borrower has all the information he needs. Or you can circle both the relevant dates and link them.
