Sign Here Ink, Mark Wills, J.J. & HVR

Please understand that Mark & I were only employees of HVR & we are victims as well. Mark did marketing & I was a coordinator. I was scheduling signings as I was told to do by management. I am still owed 2 weeks salary to this day :-(. We have not scammed anyone, there was only one owner of HVR & that person is on HVR's business license. If anyone has any questions you can call us 619-780-9574. I am here to answer any questions anyone has. We understand your frustration of not being paid for signings, but understand we had no idea how bad it was until after we left HVR

By copying their website, you're indirectly associating yourselves with them, like it or not. If you want to establish any credibility within this community, I highly recommend you make a clean break of it, including a new website. Also, rigorously maintaining a prompt, dependable payment cycle will go a long way.

One of my many favorite expressions:

"What you do speaks so loudly, I cannot hear what you say."

It's going to take time to get past the HVR thing, but if you want to succeed for the long haul, be impeccable and completely trustworthy with how you run your business. So I hope you're not copying their business model as well as their website! Wink Just my 2 cents.

copying HVR's website was a mistake. we had a very small budget in creating a website & we had the website guy mirror HVR not under the impression how bad it had gotten at HVR. We have since reworked the website & have already paid notaries in 21 days

...."there was only one owner of HVR .....

... & that person is on HVR's business license."

Be that as it may (cos I have never seen HVR's business license; has anybody?), but according to the San Diego Fictitious Business Name Web site, "HVR Mobile Notaries" has one owner: Giron, Porres Argelia. Not Hector Vides. The FBN filing expires 1/26/15.

So, since "you are here to answer any questions," please answer this question: Who exactly was your employer????

Please help me understand this Goldgirl.....for I too am very curious. The way you have stated the name is with a comma in it so I am understanding that the owner of HVR is Porres Argelia Giron. I googled that name and all that comes up is a person in Guatemala.

Re: I will give you a chance

What I saw on your NR star ratings was a bunch of bad comments directed at HVR - not one mention of having worked for YOU and what experience that was. This looks like piling on - with no actual experience to substantiate it. If and when I rate you it will be based on how YOU dealt with me.

Howard, do not forget to tell him

that you advertise in your profile "only $75.00 for loan applications including edocs and faxbacks". That will really get his attention.

If he does what he says he does, the posters can easily change those ratings as high as they want. Based on the info provided, to me those ratings just say be very careful. JMHO

at a 1 1/2 star company so it will be hard to prove his worth if nobody will use him.

But you're willing to give a new company, in this slow market, credit when they admit they are working on a budget so low that they copy and use other people's work product. Can't wait to hear your comments in 6 months to a year. Hmmmm....will it be the usual, does anyone know how I can get my money from .....?

Re: He never did answer my question

As both John and I have seen banks and lending institutions generally require a business to show an active business for a specific period of time (each is different). I say give this company at a minimum one year to show that it is responsible and pays the notaries timely before extending them credit. Temporary high ratings can be manipulated by two or more people working together.

please somebody spare us from your advertising. And Jadrian, your previous posts were pretty age-ist and sexist. Are you cleaning-up your online presence? I sure hope so.

Re: Hate to say it; HVR used to pay on a regular basis too...

As a reminder, on 10/21/13, when I called JJ at Sign Here Ink for assistance in contacting Hector, he said, "Hector, who?" Instead of being helpful, upfront and honest, he played dumb. He didn't realize that I knew what his role was, the HVR scheduler, the person responsible for scheduling my unpaid signing. Then he said he had things to do and didn't have time to help me with Hector's new cell number. He pretends to be innocent but I can see right through it. Please don't post any more kudos in support of this creep.

sorry NotaryOH I don't recall us having a conversation, we obtained a new # 619-780-9574 & we have been receiving the previous person's phone calls the first few weeks of us having it. Anybody who has called or emailed me in regards to getting a hold of anyone at HVR I have provided #'s & email address I have, but I have been told the voicemail is full or in some cases disconnected.

JJ, you are a bold face liar! As a reminder, you tried to lie/weasel/worm your way out of knowing Hector. I reminded you that you were the scheduler of my unpaid signing. You said you had things to do and were too busy to assist me with Hector's new cell number. I cannot stand creeps like you.

Re: Mark & I were only employees of HVR

I don't trust them either. I think they all chose one person to blame for the whole mess. They all agreed on opening another SS so they won't lose their current clients. Some one said here that JJ run with HVR clients<<<< I don't know if this is true but how can he do that without Hector's consent? and then copy his website to the last word.

I don't know if the new SS are using HVR clients but if they do I think escrows and title are also to blame with all this fiasco.

IF escrow officers are now using the new SS and they know that is now a another company because they no longer using HVR because of lack of payments to notaries. We should complain to the CA Dept of INs or Dept of Corporations or what ever entity regulates these guys.
This whole post is just my opinion.

This situation stinks for many when it comes to dealing with a company who jumps ship such as HVR did. They owe us money as well and it took me a few weeks to figure out that by jumping on board with Sign Here Ink was going to be the right thing to do. I have worked with J.J. for several years now and he has always been nothing but respectable and supportive. Hector (HVR owner) on the other hand I could not and will not say the same. J.J. was put in a position with HVR that lead him and another associate to start their own signing agency a part from HVR. Its a fresh start and of course with the best intentions. As slow as it is we do have to calculate our risks and in this case I feel the risk is low and the help and support is imperative to help meet their clients needs and in return hope for more work to come.
