Re: Sterling BGC

Anyone try to sign up? Is it working or not? This is the Title companies other option rather than NNA only. FTC might want to hear about this fictional option.

Re: Sterling BGC

This is the link that I used and it worked fine. This BGC with Sterling was done a year ago. Hope this helps.

Re: Sterling BGC

What do you think the reasoning is in requiring we go through their portal? I am going to focus on this today to decide if I need to do this. My husband and I each have a BGC (NotRot and LexisNexis) less than 1 year old. I am not going through NNA for sure.

Sorry, I meant XYZ. I don't post often and forget the rules.

Same here. I'm not responding to this panic that has been

generated recently. I have my bgc through NR, and I'm staying with it for the time being.

Jim, how many cos. do you work for that are "demanding" it? n/m

Good Question. I have been checking back through my e-mails

and find one low baller I don't work for, one company that seldom sends me business and one that sends me work and will accept my BGC but it must be updated yearly. They call me when nobody else will accept their low fee. I am done thinking this through. I have decided to order all of my BGC from NR in the future and let it ride.

Re: Jim, how many cos. do you work for that are "demanding" it?

In my case, it's not "how many," but WHICH co.? When I got their email yesterday, I was distressed (mainly the seasonal cold, sore throat, etc.); not so "preferred" anymore without complying. Definitely can't afford to lose THEIR business.

Bingo MW I haven't gotten that email from anybody I

work for. Then again, I refuse to sign "work agreements".

Re: Sterling BGC

Do remember your information is being transmitted to India for a background check.
The cost is $68 with a credit card.
How can your information and cedit card number be safe in another country?

Re: Sterling BGC not in another country

remember to check your toys and shorts, your BGC info will most likely show up there also.
