Called at 6:10 pm for a "regular refi" no fax-backs in next town over to sign 7:30-8:00 tonight. Seems the original notary was having problems printing.

Sure. I can do it. Caller says they pay $100 ... but, can I do this one for $110? I tell her my base edoc fee is $125 and that covers up to 130 pages. She, very nicely, tells me they can't pay that. Sorry ... but, thanks for calling. (I wasn't even charging her for short notice or night rates )

It's a shame, but, I'm almost sure she'll find someone to do it for under $100 .....

Yea, if she hasn't called you back by now she probably did. You;ll probably get a call tomorrow to go out to :clean" it up!

Plus the fact they have a 4-star rating and back in May, at least 1 notary vehemently defended them when someone posted their negative experience with this company.
