Title Logic Roxanne Wood and Don Wood
Never use Title Logic Roxanne Wood and Don Wood are scams, they asked me to do a signing and never paid me. I had to write a personal check to the courthouse for one of the signing. I'm warning everyone do not use these people

Why would YOU be writing a personal check?
Did you take a document in to be recorded?

How many years and how many loans have you signed (honestly)?

I'm sorry you got burned by them. In the future, check out
the companies you're accepting work from by using the Signing Central feature of this site. I also suggest you don't rely on just the "star" ratings, but also read the comments other notaries have posted about their experiences with a particular co. (You do need to be logged in to view the comments). You can also use the orange "search" button at the top of this page to pull up past discussions on a particular co. or topic. Title Logic (FL) has been discussed many times & their habitual slow-pay, no pay reputation. If you don't want to get burned a lot in this biz, you will need to be diligent in checking out cos. you accept work from.

To Ondrea Burton: Are you aware ...
... of the Signing Central feature on NR? There's a tab on the top of this page that reads "Signing Central." It's a fabulous resource. It lists those SSs that do not pay (most). If you had used this before you worked for these deadbeats, you would have saved yourself a lot of headaches ... not to mention done your part to drive these creeps out of business by just saying "No."
They are rated 2 stars out of a possible five, and evidently have not paid a notary in any part of the country throughout 2013. Why did you think they might pay you?
I really hope you will take advantage of this invaluable alphabetical listing in the future ... especially if you are interested in conducting a profitable business.

Ondrea--Never use your $ for anything like you stated
It's a big no-no, as you are inserting yourself into the transaction. No legitimate company would request or advise it.
