Title Source New App

Would like to hear from any of you that have used TS new phone app. Is it working for you, are you getting many assignments, is it user friendly, etc. I have an older phone that doesn't accept apps and not sure if I should invest in a smart phone just so I can get TS assignments.

no phone app, but wasnt getting calls so called in and they said they put a permanent staff here in AZ, disappointing to say the least, anyone hear of it, let me know. thanks!

It works, if you want the quicken business it will be the only way you get it in the future. As far as work if you live in a busy area keep the phone out and close by. This is the future of our business.. press A for work Press B sorry to slow.. next time.

They have permanent notaries that they call to do most of their signings in a couple of states but I still get calls from them in areas that I cover which is in the rural areas of AZ. I have not tried their app but they never work for me even with my "smart" phone.

I installed the app the first week it was offered (I think august) and have not received an appointment when I check to see why they say everything is in order and they are just slow. I miss their business they did call me last week for a closing tonight that's the first one in a long while. Mike any tips for a northern NJ notary no threat to your business?

Hi Frances,
At this time, signing agents in select areas of the country have the ability to accept and decline orders via Title Source's My Signings mobile app. We are rolling the app out to select areas/states now.

If you have not received an email from Title Source inviting you to download and use the app, then it has not been turned on for your state/area yet.

As I understand it notifications from the

app go to their Gold group, usually top 5 or 7 people all at once. If no one answers it they start calling. I was told 90 seconds to answer and 2 minutes, not sure which it is. I doubt I would invest in a phone for them only.

they told me my score was 101.5 I guess that's silver, I just don't like the odds - 90 seconds it would take me that long to pull over, I guess I can't count on business from them, it's very disappointing.

When it goes off, there is a clock below the appointment that shows how long it has been active. You have about 2 minutes or less to get it once it has sounded. As for advice, I have none, lost a lot of work the first week or so it came out. Someone in my area is getting most of the work now, plus even they have slowed down since the shut down.

All I can say is keep the phone at the ready. Oh BTW why would I post how to advice on how to get business if I knew? I work hard at this as do many others and don't give it away. That is one reason I do not reply back to PMs

I don't know if it's because I don't respond fast enough to the app notification or because business is slow but I basically don't get any business now from TS..A few months earlier, I was very busy doing TS signings...I really miss the business as they are a great company to work with....

I'm in Raleigh..I have talked with TS many, many times about the app....They say I'm in the top level but business with them is dead....They have checked the app, my provider has checked the app....no business...any suggestions? Where are you located?
