Not so pricey if you get one client that pays 150 - 200 a pop

Well, yeah. You have those anyway. This is advertising.
If you get one TC that pays $150 and they use you twice, you have lost nothing. If they use you more, lots more flow.
People pay for leads from companies that compile lists of myriad reasons. For elder for RM, AARP, cemetary, memorials, hearing aids, dental aids, and the list goes on and on. Then there are the graduates...they get zillions of offers from as many companies trying to get their share of the gelt.

Pricey, but someone compiled the list & is selling it. I'm
sure there are those who will pay for it.

I googled and found a complete list of IL TC's
for free. I'm sure their list is much more in detail, but still.

Quick, somebody give Chery a sedative ...
... before she brings down the whole danged direct mail industry.
God help us if she ever discovers a company peddling marketing lists of boob job surgeons to women in the real estate business.

See, now, if Bob Horowitz still had his weekly TV show, we wouldn't have all this crapola. We'd just send Bob around to these folks homes and let him interview them...find out what happened to notary fees.
Maybe we can bring him out of retirement, or hugh, I'm thinking of a new vocation for you! Travel, spotlight, camera, action, lots of curb appeal.

Ok, For what it's worth..... Most of this stuff, the searching for new clients is FREE. Go to your Public Library. You need a Library Card. for example: In New Jersey, Ocean County, Log on to the Ocean County Library Site, Go to their Web site, Click RESEARCH & INFO, then CLICK on REFERENCE USA. There you will find databases of all kinds. You can download the info for FREE & Use it for your own purposes. I, for one, having been doing this twice a week for the past year or so. It does pay off, but it will take time. The BEST part, it is FREE.
