for those notaries not paid by HVR
see Msg #487618 w/the link to ripoffreport.com file #1090011 where you can file a specific complaint citing dates & $$'s due to you. You can be anonymous, but these facts will facilitate the complaint being filed w/the San Diego County Attorney General claiming internet & wire fraud. The filing a bankruptcy is not allowed when there is a record of fraudulent practices.

Did you see his response about payment? He wants everyone to "wait" - why? So he can file bankruptcy and not pay us at all then start up a new company with his friend JJ - and do that by taking the money he has that is not his to spend and "invest it" into the new company? FYI, he also has not informed the SOS that he has changed the address of HVR - the new address is located in Chula Vista. That is the address that I put in my formal complaint to the Attorney General's office but I also included a copy of his original address. I think he thinks he is really slick - but remember, what goes around comes around - and jail ain't no fun (haven't been there but have been to the prison to notarize some papers and those guys wish they weren't there!!!!!!

What should be my next step? I know from experience at AT&T that interstate commerce fraud IS very serious. I am in Texas.
