Don't get involved with them. They fish for your information. I do not believe they are a legit service. JMHO about dealing with them in the past, and having sent them an email taking me off their list and complaining to them of spamming me, and then having Jim at Transtate Services answered that email back last year, August 2012. Transtate services denies any connection, just weird how Transtate answered my email I sent to enotaries.net; entirely different company with no supposed connection.
