Hi NotRotters! Has anyone had any experience dealing with InkJet.com or any other such cartridge vendor? The pricing of remanufactured toner cartridges seems fantastic, but only if the product performance is flawless. I don't know how anyone else feels, but Simply having a gurantee and return policy doesn't work for me. I don't want to fool around with returns, etc.. Comments Please!

4 Inkjets, 123 Inkjets and LD products are the same company. No matter which one you buy from, it ships from LD. I have had great experience with them over the past few years with both toner and drums and have no hesitation in recommending them. I have had a couple of bad cartridges that they easily replaced with no questions and at no shipping cost. There is always a discount code available.

I agree. I have purchased both toner and drums from them for the last several years and have not had any problems. Usually receive the shipment within 2-3 days. Only once I received a bad cartridge and they replaced it with no cost.

Been using them for years without a problem. I have another business writing software for an industries and providing turn key solutions. We have several hundred laser and a like amount of inkjet printers in the field. We always recommend LD and their other operations for replacement ink. If there is ever a problem, the replace immediately. You won't go wrong working with them.

I switched from LD to SuperMediaStore. I only use
remanufactured carts & drums. IMO, I wouldn't be making any money at this if I was paying retail prices for OEM. SMS does offer good prices on OEM, too.
