ASAP Pro Notary Services - Lisa Harrow Southlake, TX
This company has been slipping for awhile, always has been 45 days out which is bad enough, but now I am at 62 days and no check. Was told last Friday check was in the mail. Lisa not answering her emails regarding payment, and had to leave another voice mail for accounting. If anyone else in similar circumstances, please update your rating on them to let other's know. 2 months plus without getting paid is just plain wrong.

That's been my experience with them too, even though I
haven't worked with them for quite a while. I always had to chase payment & it was usually almost 60 days. I also sent you a p/m.

It's rather amusing to look at the comments for this co.
I see 2 stars from numerous people even though they write that they've been waiting 45, and 60+ days to get paid. Really, 2 stars for that?

Lisa Harrow contacted me a few months ago to schedule . . .
a signing. When I reviewed the comments on Notary Rotary/Signing Central I provided her with a quote and that payment would be in advance.
She was quite offended and then 'huffed and puffed' a bit, then proceeded to blast me in a loud voice over the phone about 'how could I' and that 'those ratings are outdated.'
I provided her with the dates over the phone and after she hung up on me, I sent her a screen shot of the notes. :-/
It is not fun being firm, but we are running businesses and extending credit! Blessings to everyone & hang in there!

I quit taking their closings a year ago,
the last one I did took me 4 1/2 months to collect, many calls, emails and invoices. Not worth chasing the money and the confirmation didn't stipulate that I was agreeing to an interest free loan to the company as part of the service fee.

Re: I quit taking their closings a year ago,
Interesting. I've taken three from them in the past year and a half; all paid within 40 days. The last was in July of this year; it paid a premium fee and within less than a month.
The vicissitudes of this business never cease to puzzle me.

Re: I quit taking their closings a year ago,
That's cuz you're both in TX...easier to file a lawsuit if you're in the same state. Think some of these SS don't know that?
