Has anyone ever done a closing for this company before? I got an email from this guy and after looking at his website and speaking to him, it made me feel a little hesistant to take.

What I know
I had fresh eggs for breakfast, 2 days ago collected, and the flavor was so great, the yolks stood right up and waved at me.
ASAP Notary is a notary in GA, an attorney only state. He does not appear to be an attorney. His presence is not fresh, upright and did not inspire any confidence or enthusiasm.
But, what do I know really? You talked with him, not me. I've never done business with him, there is nothing in SC about him or the company.
I will stick with the eggs, not venturing into unknowns today.

Can't find much about the company -
Not much of web presence - based on what I found I think it's a notary subbing out? Eric McLean has a premium membership here in zip 30334 - mobile notary and signing agent - don't see anything about being an SS....has a listing elsewhere, same thing - mobile notary and signing agent.

Right now with business as bad as it is...
I will not accept a job from anyone I have not worked with before. I just have a feeling there are going to be many signing services biting the dust soon and I don't want to work for free. Most of them under capitalized and w/o a steady stream of income today they won't be able to pay people. Many are run like a Ponzi scheme. When the money stops flowing somebody or lots of somebodies are going to get burned.

Thanks for researching and posting this information! Interesting to note that this company is using the same or almost the same name as two other companies in Central Signing, each with pretty good ratings. The ones in Central Signing has different address locations, however. It would be really easy to mistake one company from the other if one didn't pay attention to the details. THANKS for alerting us to this company!

FWIW my .02
This guy isn't the O N L Y notary who is doing this (farming out) I know of at least seven I have worked for and they have all paid a very acceptable fee in a very timely manner. I have never scrutinized any of them because I don't know if any of them are doing something that is illegal.
OP asked if anyone did a closing for him....nothing more. My .02
