Just rec'd an overnight package with the borrowers copies in the package on a flash drive. First for me!!

I don't overanalyze. If the title co sent copies on Flash

Drive and they are ok with that, I'm not going to think I know better and make this more difficult than it needs to be. JMHO

What about the borrower's that don't have a computer so they can use the flash drive to review docs before end of recession period? Certainly hope that you leave a printed RTC form if one is required.

I thought of that and decided that the LO must know whether the BO's have a computer or not. Everything I did with Quicken on my last refi was by computer - except for the signing all else was emailed, scanned and emailed, connected with them and so on.

I really think they must know who has capabilities.
