I have been a notary for over 20 years and have completed hundreds of document signings for a wide variety of clients. I have signed many Affidavits, Deeds of Trust, Warranty Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Contracts, title transfers, and more recently Home Refinancing documents, Mortgages and Debt Elimination Retainers to name a few. My background has been exclusively working in the legal field for large and small lawfirms. I am completely comfortable with legal documents, confident in my abilities and a professional in manner and appearance.
