Thanks for the link. What a nice reminder, to me personally, that when the caller gives the impression that my fee is too high, that I can expound on what I offer them for that fee.

Familiar wisdom from a fellow warrior NSA...

Even if I've heard same-said wisdom 100 or more times before, I ALWAYS consider a reminder to be of benefit. Even a brief moment of unintentional forgetfulness on said lesson can be costly, as I've experienced, first-hand. JMHO
