Re: G/B/U

Well ... they're the ones who took our own James Dawson to court because he refused to sign their waiver saying basically that they could withhold the notary fee in entirety if the notary did anything that might displease them. They got their butts kicked by the judge, of course, but still refused to pay James for two "super rush" jobs he did for them during Christmas. In other words, they sent the docs to him, he did the signings, then this nincompoop waiver thing showed up.

After this public relations disaster, they flooded this board with posts from their shill notaries about how great they were. A search would have revealed all this history.

As I understand it, it was James that took them to court,

not the other way around. He was asked to sign an ICA after the fact & it was never mentioned at the time he accepted the assignments. I don't know if he ever collected on that suit.

Re: G/B/U

I do quite a few signing for them and have never had any problem with meeting my fee and being paid in a very timely manner.

They're listed in SC. I've worked with them & never had

any problems.

As I said ....

U.S. Certified Signers sued James Dawson. He did not sue them. In additional to losing their complaint in court, they never paid him for two jobs.

So goodie for you and everybody else who has never had any problems with them over payment. James isn't one of them.

GoldGirl is correct Did it ever occur to you that those of

you who "never had a problem" is because of what I did?

Once again, I never said they weren't going to pay you, I said Mr Michael "Leflussey" is a piece of SHXX.

His Work agreement wording said in part that the notary would be responsible for all damages as a result of ILLEGAL AND LEGAL activity. THAT IS JUST STUPID. I even asked PAW his opinion and he said he does NOT sign work agreements. So, although I did the work it was a seven P.M. friday night call for a 8AM and 10 A.M. signing in San Francisco I refused to sign the agreement that followed. The point was, I was told if I didn't want to sign it, I shouldn't have taken the assignment. My point was I didn't get the work agreement until Monday.

They sued me for loss of income ($15,000) because I got their azz fired. I contacted the owner of Fidelity ( a VERY Wealthy man Cheryl mentioned in a post a few days ago) which owns Ticor Title in L.A. and told him what happened. For those of you who don't know it, contacting the owner of a Title company creates havoc, it causes their insurance rates to go up when they are involved in litigation.....U.S. Certified filed the suit.....and loss $15,000 (supposedly) because they didn't pay be $215. How stupid can you get!

Funny, Michael had to drive to Oakland, sit in a courtroom all day (our case was last) next to me 'cause I sat right next to him and watched the grease in his hair melt. For me the $215 was a donation so I can say what ever I want about him because it all true...HE DIDN'T PAY ME!
