Also, the Hurricane before, during and after checklist. Good reminders. During hurricane season, I like to post the FEMA site on my webpage for reference.
I had these little pocket info cards with my contact info on them when I did some real estate; they are great (inexpensive) marketing tools (topics: ID theft, Earthquake, Diet/exercise, Saving Tips) that people are likely to keep.
