You forget, 90 + Days to get paid & when you don't get the payment, you have to call them 30 or so times.

It's amazing what they think they can pay us. One thing I do, and I know most of you do not, is I put my prices on my profile not to waste anyone's time. $1**.00 for signing up to 130 pages edocs x 2 copies within 15 miles one way. Faxbacks over 15 pages are extra or unusually large packages if I do not have a good re-pore with the SS. This way, they either do not call me with these insulting prices or if they do, I have it posted on my profile they found me at what my prices are. I live and work in a populated area, so I do not have to go way out to B.F.E. for closings...they can take it or don't call me. That has solved that issue of low ball calls for me anyway.
