LOL They wanted to pay $20.00 to serve papers on that one, not even a notary job! I told them to pound sand.

Well, thank you, Clem. I just hung up on em. I was standing around 6 escrow officers this morning and made the point "I can't work for people who don't day their notaries fairly, if at all."
