I address I use for service link is Vendbill@servicelinkfnfcom. I didn't know it was for National Link too.

If all else fails, contact Christina. She has been very

helpful for ServiceLink & NationalLink invoices that have not been paid. FYI: She is also the one to expedite payment. That is, if she was not cut in their recent massive layoff . . .

When I had my issue with SL, Paula was no help to me

at all, unfortunately. She never returned my phone call or responded to my e-mails. Michelle Chapes was the only one who finally responded to me, got everything straightened out and got me paid. Maybe it's a regional thing.
