Is anyone familiar with this company National Notary Assur (602) 995-6030, out of AZ?

I have worked with them on a few orders. They've always met my $XXX fee. They do, however, pay 30-45 days.

Everything is done via their website - status updates, accessing docs, etc.

I have performed many signings for them under the name Notary Assurance. They have always met my fee and have always paid at 45 days.

Years ago, I received a lot of work from them. Then when they started lowering their offering fees, they stopped calling me except when they were in a bind and had to meet my fees.

Years ago, they did pay Net 30, after they began looking for cheaper NSA's, they stopped that practice. They will tell you they pay Net 30, but they do not. I now charge them my Net 45 day fee schedule $150+ for a very local signing. Again, they only call me when they cannot get someone for $90 or less so I don't have any issues with charging them higher fees, it's not like I will get any "points" or "volume" for charging them $100 LOL They do pay, they just do not pay as agreed (Net 30).
