New Law in CA ?

This link will show you the proposed Elder Abuse reporting law, winding its way through the California legislature. Nice idea, but something that is going to add some liability to those notaries who aren't too well trained in such matters. AB 477, as amended

Looks like some very important amendments have been added (just looking at the comparisons). Will take more review to come up with an opinion. I hope these recommended changes will be sufficient to eliminate what many of us perceived to be a potentially much higher risk of liability for us with this new law.
