One Reverse Mortgage/Title Source
Has anyone handled one of these signings and received the $15. bonus for not having any errors in the package? It is supposed to be in the form of a prepaid debit card.

Never done a RM with TS in 2 years. Must be something new for them.

I guess it is. I handled one last month. All very organized compared to some of the RMs I have done. I guess I will wait and see on the bonus.

Did you charge the same as a Quicken loan? Because this a total different loan and they always want to pay the same for all lenders.

They go by whatever your profile lists for that particular service in that particular county.

I know that Yoli, but there is a lender that has more than 200x2 pages and TS wanted to pay the same as a regular QL.

Which lender is that, Calnotary? Just in case they call me for 'em.
I've got 2 Chase loans for TSI (today and Friday). Have docs for both and they're each 94 pages and that includes the shipping label and the Notarial Evidence Form. The Quicken Loans I've done for them are 74 pages and that also includes the shipping label. TSI pays my listed fee for those loans. So, maybe, just maybe, accepting a 200-pager now and then makes up for it. Dunno. Jus' sayin' .......

3rd party loans with TS may be larger
Quicken will range from 60-90, Chase 70-100 3rd party 100-150
