Docs are 179 pages and thats just the lender copy. Total of 358 pages, last minute signing and they want to pay ONLY $85!!! lol good luck Northern Va signers...I just turned it down. Im sure someone will pick this up!! Im not that desperate. I told them $175.

Im not lowering my fees cuz the business is slow. My fees are actually rising. Im not accepting anything less than $150.

I had a RM Application for yesterday - got the company

to agree to $100 because of package drop travel involved...

Get the package - I have to print 171 pages!!

It canceled...phew!

RM applications should be about half that, so here's my question:

Did you by chance look half way through and find a page that says Customer Copy followed by pages that have "Sample" across them? If so, that would be the customer set and you only need to print once.

I should have been clearer on that

It's two attachments - one is to be signed - the other is borrower's copy -

To be signed - 76 pages
Borrower's copy - 95 pages

Guy says to me on the phone "I'm not signing nothin' til somebody calls me and explains all this stuff to me!!" - alrighty then - so we're on hold

Yeah, well, the fee I quoted wasn't for 171 pages...

It was for an app - 50-70 pages..
