Service Link

I have a problem. This is Service Link not Service Link ATM
I completed a signing last night. There is no work order on there web site and no return label or return information. I cannot status the loan or return the documents.
When I asked about this, they replied by email that the "closer" would status the loan and provide a return label. I have no idea who the "closer" would be and I am sitting here with signed documents and a cashier's check for $50,000.00
Any suggestions?

Guess: It has faxbacks and they won't 'approve/send label' until they've seen same and approved.

"Closer" is usually the closing coordinator listed on your confirmation.

There is no closing coordinator listed. Only a ServicelInk Closing Team Leader and she is the same person that stated that the closer would status the loan and send a return label.

I'd email and or call and let them know what your cutoff time is for UPS.

Pat this happened to me once

I always ask them when time is of the essence, if they would like fax backs or same day shipping, both are not possible. I had one, on a Sat, 12pm signing, I emailed ahead of time and they said they wanted the fax. Fine, you'll get the docs on Tues. Well, at 4pm Sat, they changed their mind, just send, no need to fax, which I had done 3 hrs earlier!
