If I hadnt been mired in yahoo and printer issues I could have had a little fun w scheduler. Next time. I was starting to this k they were down under.

So sad to see LSI slip from being reliable

to farming their work out through a known slow payer/no payer.

Wish we could get through to these title companies and get them to see how much better off they'd be with direct scheduling with notaries. Keep a database of notaries who know their stuff - your go-to people - and you have no problems.

Maybe I need to start taking my retirement more seriously...

Both Signingstream and LSI are in the same geographic location...Mr. A probably just drove across town and campaigned for their business. They have no idea of his business model, poor ethics and their late payment, payment ding methodology, and they probably don't care. LSI laying off people too.
