Office out of Coraopolis, PA sent me order for signing located 2.5 hours from my office; they met my fee. However, when I called Borrower to confirm, found that name on ID was different than what was going to printed on the documents. After I informed the representative at SolutionStar, I was called by the title company who told me they were okay with the name. I still could not notarize without satisfactory ID showing actual name on the documents. I never heard another word ... including any cancellation, etc. And the Order confirmation shows all the phone numbers as (000) 000-0000. Amazing way to run a business.
