I am now getting calls directly from BNT but with the same low fee of TC. The other guys with the oriental accent are not calling any more.

BNT is a garbage company... remember Aurelio Ortiz......

who had an ss that handled their closings a couple years ago???? I still have emails from BNT stating it was not their problem I did not get paid. At first they promised to pay me and then said they could not because "so many" notaries had not been paid. That Aurelio POS worked for National Vendor Solutions for years before he somehow got hooked up with BNT.

drastically. I didn't know if they'd gone to using someone cheaper.
They are probably another casualty in the decline the business. (sigh)

I just recently did signings for them and have been paid on time! I think calls are way down in general.

I've done several signings for them and haven't had any payment issues. They average net 30. In one case where it went over, I emailed a reminder and the accounting department responded right away. They also voluntarily raise the fee for larger than average loan packages or fax backs.

They are definitely still in business and ramping up. They have done some restructuring and resolved payment issues. Just received notice that checks will be issued the 15th of every month for previous month's signings. Schedulers are responsive to questions. Documents are on time - usually a day before the signing but worst case, several hours before the appointment.
