What will happen is 2009-2010 all over

It would take banks 3-4 months to push out a good loan because they were flooded with apps. Who would want to work for a Mortgage Dept for a bank anymore. Not like you're getting rich or job stability as history shows us.

Telling you Quicken is taking it all and if it is all good to table in 30 days, longer if FHA, VA loan.
