Stay away from this company you will be working for free, and please update us if anyone knows if Roxanne Wood the owner of Title Logic is planning to open another title company under different name, she used to work/owned Genuine Title LLC in MD as well, she is the worst person to work with.

Thankfully I only used them once in March. I don't understand how a title company would refuse to pay a vendor. Their whole business is based on trust since they handle millions of dollars of escrows per year and must pay out all escrows. Unless they feel that paying notaries does not matter. I still have not been paid as well. I would like to know if there are any notaries out there who have been paid.
