Title REsource Quarterly User Validation. Help

I cannot find on the Title Resource web site an option for the mandatory "Quarterly User Validation"

Since the last job I did for them was January 2013, I can't remember off hand, but I do remember that whenever it was time for the Quarterly Validation they would send an email reminding me. Full instructions on how to do this was included in each email. Perhaps you could call them and ask for assistance.
