Caller was shocked when I quoted $xxx. Said thats ridiculous. Whats ridiculous is that you're an employee trying to tell a CEO her fees. Now thats ridiculous!!!

I did one of those a while back and there were also faxbacks. I quoted a fee with faxbacks and a fee without faxbacks. They waved the faxback requirements and took my lower bid.

I won't do another one because if I remember right they were a pain in the backside.

Is this from personal experience because

I know someone very close to be who did around 12 to 15 the first month with them and billed at end of month as required. Check was there as promised. This is very recent. BTW.

national signing agencies from which Value could choose. Not only do they select a no-pay
they defend their choice.

Am I missing something? Are you saying the notary does not

get paid? Or does this have some other meaning? Because if you are saying the notary does not get paid then I disagree. If the meaning is otherwise, please explain.

They use other SS

I've done quite a few ValuAmerica loans through other SS and gotten paid $xxx. But this SS is a low baller and tries to pay $60-75 across the board for all lenders. I turned down their RMK financial loan. That was 179 pg doc and they wanted to pay only $85. Boooo
