Puzzling to me too, Marilynn. But now that these unpaid notaries know where the Kirkish's now live, they'll probably have the 6 o'clock news on their lovely front lawn, and they can tell the TV reporter why they're not paying the notaries when they've been paid.

Should be an interesting go at it!

Possible excuse (good, bad or otherwise) is that they don't have access to the Kirkish's books and don't know who's been paid or how much is owed. Pretty aggravating, though, to anyone who did work for them and hasn't been paid!
