Has anyone done a reverse mortgage for Wells Fargo?

Yes I have, be prepared for a lot of signatures and 1.5 hrs w/homeowner. You will have areas that you have homeowner sign that you would never see on a loan.

I did reverse mortgages for WFB for 3 years. As far as I know, they were no longer doing reverse
mortgages. Are you sure it is a Wells Fargo reverse?

It came through WFG Lenders Services. I only get Wells Fargo refinances from them so don't know about the reverse mortgages.

Yes, Well Fargo stopped doing them about 1 1/2 yrs ago.

Williston Financial Group Lender Services. To the best of my knowledge and experience, that is a financial services company, as the website states. I've done a few signings for them, and they were good to work with. Very professinal and thorough. I do not know whether they handle reverse mortgages, but if they do, I'd probably accept such from them, although I seldon accept any RM from any company. I believe WFGLS will do a good job on any loan they handle.
