As in "Joe Smith HTTA Joseph Smith".

No problem, happens to me all the time...

my mind just completely shuts down and I can't remember my own name sometimes. Smile

I just had one of these the other day and I had no clue what it meant until I asked the Title Company (Smile).

It was printed HTTA John Doe. They only had to sign their name. I guess it depends on Title Company and their request. Nonetheless, I learn something new everyday.
