company not paying
Nationwide Notary Ink has not paid me from a closing from July 22 2013 of $175. I have called and left messages and e-mailed and even contacted the title CO. they did get to nationwide Ink and the response was the check will be in the mail on the 6th of Sep.As of Sep 20th no check.

Time for a followup call to Title. Can you link them? Not sure which Nationwide you're referring to! Helpful to put the company name in your Subject line for easier reference.

Tammy can't pay you because she's already spent the money they were paid by title and escrow.
Time to make that online complaint to her county district attorney's office Mostly one star ratings for years now. How do we manage to keep these slow/non paying signing services on the radar screen.
Time to stop this nightmare.

Harley Pakhurst: Are you aware.....
... of the Signing Central feature on NR? There's a blue tab on the top of this page that reads "Signing Central." It's a fabulous resource. It lists those SSs that do not pay (most). If you had used this before you worked for these deadbeats, you would have saved yourself a lot of headaches ... not to mention done your part to drive these creeps out of business by just saying "No."
They are rated 11/2 stars out of a possible five, which means they've been screwing notaries over for years.
I really hope you will take advantage of this invaluable alphabetical listing in the future ... especially if you intend to conduct a profitable business.
