I accepted a signing from National Loan Closers. Got the confirmation and saw it was Loan Processing Center of KY and recognized the name as poor rating so I called to give it back. The manager I spoke with said, "Oh, just give us a chance. Any slow pays are due to us not having all the required paperwork from the notary. But I see you have everything submitted so it will not be a problem. I will hand walk your payment through accounting to ensure prompt payment." So I agreed.
60 days and still no pay! This after getting multiple, harassing phone calls for the faxbacks - the whole package mind you!
UGH! Such an unprofessional company.

I gave one back Monday as well. Will take another job if they wire current and Pre-PayPal future orders. I am requiring at least 50% of fee on any new signing services Prepaid-PayPal. I just can't risk not being paid because of the slowdown.

To date I have never, not been paid and only once in my beginning days did I receive a reduced fee. I knew this was a questionable company and should have never agreed to work for them. I think I'll do what your recommending if I am unsure of a company.

Unless you're absolutely starving to death ....
stop on these contortions in order to get paid: prepaid Paypal, 50% this and that, giving them extra chances after they lie to your face - and tell these bums NO and do your part to run them out of business! Just a suggestion - not telling you how to run your business - but that's what I would do.... FWIW!!!
