In an email to me dated 8/21/13:

"Payments are sent automatically.

Signings done in the first half of a month, get paid the 15th of the following month.
Signings done in the second half of a month, get paid at the end of the following month."

I accommodated a single document approx. 5 miles away, 1 notarization, 5 page doc was overnighted to signer, signer mailed back per instructions. Guess I'll see how it goes ....

Hi Joanne, my understanding is that SigningTrac serves a function similar to a referral service. When I joined SigningTrac the following was the verbiage in their reply:

"Thank you for joining signingTRAC.com! As a notary, your 100% FREE account will
expose you to all the title/escrow/lender companies using signingTRAC and are
looking for a notary in your area."

As such, that is how I understood this to be a referral service.

The companies who have contacted me through SigningTrac are companies in their own right and said that they were referred to me by SigningTrac and I was paid directly by the company on their own checks rated in Notary Rotary at 4.5 or 5 stars [not by SigningTrac nor on SigningTrac checks] paid in less than 30 days.

Other perspectives on this one please?

My message from them this morning said they would pay me $85 if (IF) I was accepted to do their job. {Delete}

Nothing about payment - I guess that comes later? Just another spam to me.

And you accept their low ball fees.
You set at you computer all day and night to try to be the first to bid a job.
If everything is so auto why does it take 45 day to be paid, and ye you are paid by the company who produces to docs not singingTRACK whe the by law MUST pay off the HUD-1 the day of the closing.
Can you tell me who is being sr...ed!

You don't have to accept the fee. You can reply to the email that you are available and your fee is "blank". I have been hired by SigningTrac AND by other companies that are using the the software. I have had no problem with either and find them very easy to work with. If you don't like the fees, just let them know what yours would be!

And A S Johnson...use your spell check or at least proof your reply, you sound so angry and your reply makes little sense.
