As copied from the link, to save you time......
Paul J. Gough Digital Producer- Pittsburgh Business Times
National Real Estate Information Services in Pittsburgh has told the state Department of Labor & Industry that it will be laying off all of its 215 employees beginning in February.
The company, also known as NREIS, offers title, settlement and appraisal services to the real estate industry. It's based at 290 Bilmar Drive in Pittsburgh. The Dec. 17 notice required by the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act said that the layoffs would be "as a result of the dissolution and windup" of NREIS.
NREIS didn't immediately respond to telephone messages and emails Wednesday. The layoffs were to begin on Feb. 15. It wasn't clear whether NREIS was just closing its Pittsburgh office or if any other offices were involved.
Privately held NREIS has been in business for more than 25 years and was the product of a 1993 merger between National Real Estate Loan Services and Home Equity Information Services. NREIS has 1,200 employees, according to its website. Eight of the largest originators have been clients of NREIS, the website said.

Re: NREIS
Could be the fallout from their loss of the suit brought by the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

Re: NREIS
Separate from three years of mostly one-star ratings in SC, I'll just betcha that our members were not the only people who were less than happy with the performance of NREIS. That's just a guess, for I stopped working for them long ago.
