work to do??

Hello

Looking for some feed back, I did loan closings from 2006 until the bottom fell out of the market. But I have been thinking about doing them again. Is there any work out there?

What I am seeing.

Interest rates went up, therefore, if anyone refinances, chances are they will get a higher rate than what they have now, so borrowers stopped refinancing. It's the beginning of the month, which is always slow. All the notaries in the nation have less work (I am down by 2/3 of my normal volume), so everyone is marketing to more signing services with all this new-found free time. Signing services have less work and more notaries in their databases.

Re: What I am seeing.

My suggestion is market the TC warehouses, get your foot in the door with them and if you live in a populated area they will keep you busy. 90% of the work is farmed out by them.
