I get calls now for closings a week or so in advance. They ask my fee and tell me they'll get back to me. They're shopping notaries. Sad.

I sent my escrow friends an email telling them that, and I got 4 signings in 2 days, lol.

RLMBO now that was a good one, but yes its slow. I only do signing part-time and by the 12th of the month I would at least completed about 4 signing and I haven't completed notaone.

My sister (who moved in with me because she is destitute), is busier and making more more money than me with her Field Inspector job. (And she is basically making gas money and pocket change.)
