Yes, it is possible, however highly unlikely. I personnally don't think there's a chance in hell it will. Should have been done when Clinton was giving away military secrets to China years ago bringing them 40 years into the future in one fail swoop. But even that was highly unlikely. Too much power spread around and the American people wouldn't stand for it. What I mean by too much power spread around is, too many Generals, too many Senators and Congressmen with aspirations for power. I don't believe it possible to bring enough people into that scenario to effectively pull it off. Each one of the above would want to be "THE MAN" in charge. In the words of my Dad, too many chiefs, not enough Indians.
