Wouldn't it have been better for Biden and Harris to go to New York where they plan on allowing 800,000 non-citizens to vote in municipal elections! How long has it been necessary to be a citizen in order to vote?
What they are doing is trying to overhaul elections in Georgia where, Stacey Abrams (D) who will be running for governor, won't be there because of a "scheduling issue."
