*** Biden (NOW) says border hasn’t been secure for the ‘last 10 years’ *** “I haven’t believed that (the border is secure) for the last 10 years, and I’ve said it for the last 10 years."
Biden actually said, "I’ve said it for the last 10 years" -- Really? Talk about being out of touch with reality! He doesn't seem to realize that there is such a thing as video! Actually, in his current mental state, he probably believes he really has been saying that for the last 10 years (which just so happens to include some of his time while he was VP and Obama was President, oops!)
