OK, for starters - Cuomo has not been found guilty of anything. He has been accused of a number of incidents, and he probably IS guilty, but he has not yet been found guilty of anything.
Whether or not he steps down is moot - the NY legislature (controlled by Democrats) will probably impeach him. Under NY law, an impeachment means he would immediately be removed from office pending a Senate trial. he's not going to get away with anything - he has no support within his own party. |
