Re: Reading newspaper article more thoroughly

Last election, we voted to have a nonpartisan committee do the redistricting. I worked with redistricting politicians in early 2000’s and it became a zoo with equal political representation. Boebert is Colorado’s embarrassment. She won by 6 votes. Incumbent was what he considered a lifer. He had been in for 6 or 8 terms. He figured it was in the bag. He didn’t campaign and he didn’t even have a running mate until late in campaign when she threw her hat in the ring after obtaining her GED. Even then, he did little. There are quite a number of Democrats lining up to run against her, even before the preliminary redistricting map was released. The preliminary map puts her in same district as Boulder, a solidly Democratic seat held by well-liked and popular Representative Joe Neguse. He was one of the most dominant Democratic representatives during the Impeachment Hearings—a very well-spoken and intelligent man.

I don’t see Boebert moving as they own a the gun-wearing bar on the western slope.
