For Janet and others who may be following, or just nothing else to do (haha), I burned through 36 hours of fasting. Just a test run to see if I can do it again next week.
No problem with hunger. It actually got easier but I had to slow down on exercise this morning due to lack of water. Had to stop drinking water at midnight and was able to drink again by about 6 or 7pm, similar to next week.
Had to drink and eat slowly to kick start up again.
For the fun of it I stepped on the scale a couple times and saw digits (not fingers or toes) that I never thought I'd see again in my life-time. I could have been halucinating from lack of water though. |
